Street View imagery on dublinpubcrawl.net

Google Street View recently came to Dublin, so I've integrated it in with my Dublin Pub Crawl site. Now you click on a pub to see what it looks like, and have a look around to see where the nearest chipper is.

Philips Savvy Biocalendar

My first phone back in 1999 was a Philips Savvy. This phone had an application called "Biocalendar" which would tell you your Biorhythms. This is a psuedo scientific way of rating your chance, love, energy and success on a particular date, based on how old you are on that date.

While not particular useful, it provided mild entertainment in the pub, so here it is brought back to life through the medium of Javascript! Biocalendar.

Irish Rail train times

My phone doesn't have a fancy browser like that shiny new iPhone, so I wrote this quick script to scrape the next train times between two particular stations from irishrail.ie.

It might even be handy for non-phone browsers, as there is a lot less form filling, and a lot less time spent waiting on big images of trains to load.

Dublin Pub Crawl

I wanted to make something useful using the Google Maps API, so I made www.dublinpubcrawl.net. One use of this site is to just find out where exactly a pub is, but its main feature is to pick some pubs and create a pub crawl through Dublin for you, based on some criteria. Give it a go!

Lotto Checker

There's probably a million of these all over the net, but I thought I'd do my own Lotto checker for the Irish lotto. Create a login and save your numbers so that you can easily check if you've won millions after each draw. Lotto Checker.
